“Yes”, I responded.
“Okay, and what is the purpose of that? Does that bring in more money for a business? Does it reduce costs? Why should I care?”
I was so confused. My other professor was so happy with the results. Why was he asking all these questions?
So before I could respond with that it was great for the user experience, he already stopped me “I understand it improves the user experience, but that doesn’t bring in money for a business”.
I was so angry with him.
You see, I spent 6 full months on reading all about chatbots and creating a 120-page thesis. I knew everything about chatbots!
(Or so I thought)
After the presentation, I realized the problem:
I didn’t know how to create chat funnels that brought results.

And while I was angry with this professor, I knew he was right.
I didn’t know how to create chat funnels that would deliver value.

But back then, it was the wild wild west.
