Overall, I think Botpress is better than Voiceflow.

- Voiceflow is better for beginners because its interface is easier to use and it has a better free plan.

Voiceflow is better for ease-of-use and creating a chatbot on a website.
I would use Voiceflow if you value a very easy-to-use flow builder and want a native website widget. If you’re looking for customer support chatbots on 10 channels, go with Botpress.
