Chatbase is best for AI beginners. It’s super easy-to-use and lets you create a chatbot in less than 10 minutes. Then, you can publish this chatbot on your website, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Voiceflow is better for more advanced AI chatbots. It offers the flexibility of creating chatbot flows and using the power of AI. Unlike Chatbase, Voiceflow is only available for websites.
