MobileMonkey (also called Instachamp) and ManyChat are some of the most popular chatbot builders out there.
Both are for chatbots on Facebook, Instagram and SMS. They don’t need any coding skills, so anyone can build a chatbot with them!
But which platform should you use? What are the differences? And which one is better?

Manychat vs MobileMonkey: Our Verdict
Manychat is better than MobileMonkey. It has a better interface, more AI features, and more channels. It also has better live chat and analytics.
But, Manychat is not available for websites. So if you are looking to create a chatbot on your website, MobileMonkey is the better fit.

I spoke to the marketing director of MobileMonkey. She said they won’t build new features for chat automation in the next year.
I prefer a chatbot platform that regularly adds new features. So if you do too, MobileMonkey isn’t the right fit for you.

Overall, Manychat is better than MobileMoneky. It has a cleaner interface, more AI features, is available on more channels, has a better live chat and more analytics.
I would only use MobileMonkey if you want to create a chatbot on a website, because that is not possible with Manychat.
