MobileMonkey (also called Instachamp) and ManyChat are some of the most popular chatbot builders out there.
They are both used for chatbots on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and SMS, and don’t require any coding skills. So anyone can build a chatbot with them!
But which platform should you use? What are the differences? And which one is better?

Manychat vs MobileMonkey: Our Verdict
Overall, I think Manychat is better than MobileMonkey, because it has a better interface, more AI features, is available on more channels, has a better live chat and more analytics.
But, Manychat is not available for websites. So if you are looking to create a chatbot on your website, MobileMonkey is the better fit.

I’ve also spoken to the marketing director of MobileMonkey and she told me that they don’t have any plans to build new features for chat automation in the next year.
Personally, I rather go with a chatbot platform that builds new features consistently, so that could also impact your decision for MobileMonkey.

I would only use MobileMonkey if you want to create a chatbot on a website, because that is not possible with Manychat.
