Chatrace and ManyChat are both very popular chatbot builders.
They have great features, can be used with many channels, and don’t require any coding skills. So anyone can build a chatbot with them!
But which platform should you use? How are they different? And which one is better?
Let’s find out!
P.S. I’ve used both platforms for 5 years and this comparison is backed-up by two in-depth reviews of Chatrace and Manychat.

Manychat vs Chatrace: Our Verdict
Overall, both chatbot platforms have great features and tick most relevant boxes. However, I recommend using Manychat, and not Chatrace. Two reasons are: Manychat is easier to use and Chatrace is not transparent.
I’ve used Manychat for the last 5 years for most of my clients. This platform is great and super easy to use (easier than Chatrace).
While Chatrace has even more features than Manychat, I’ve been unable to find out any of the employees behind it. I even talked to the founder, and he didn’t want to disclose any information.
This makes it hard to trust the platform. So, I don’t use it myself or recommend it to my clients.
Of course, it’s ultimately your decision whether you take the risk or not. Like I said, Chatrace has lots of great features, just like Manychat.
