Both are easy to use. They have a flow builder, built-in live chat, AI, and you can collect data and personalize conversations.
Basically, they both check most of the relevant boxes.
But how are they different? Which platform should you use? And which one is better?
I’ve used both platforms for 5+ years, for both myself and my clients. So, I’ll explain their features, pros and cons, and say which one is better for which use case.

Manychat vs Tidio: Our Verdict
Overall, if you want to create a chatbot for Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, I recommend using Manychat. This is because Manychat has marketing features on these channels, and Tidio doesn’t.
On the other hand, if you want to create a chatbot mainly for your website, I’d go with Tidio. The reason is simple: Manychat is not available for websites. Aldo, Tidio is better at AI, and it has very good eCommerce integrations.
