Intercom vs Tidio: Our Verdict
Overall, Intercom is better because it has more features. But, this also comes at a higher price.
Intercom has better AI features, more marketing options, more direct integrations and more advanced analytics. But again, it’s more expensive.
Tidio is a more affordable solution, with still a lot of great features.
When considering these two, you need to know that:
- Neither platform offers any marketing possibilities for Facebook and Instagram.
- With Tidio, it’s not possible to use AI together with the flows, while that is possible with Intercom.

Overall, Intercom is better in terms of what it offers. It has more options and features.
But, Tidio is cheaper, and it still offers a lot.
I would use Intercom if you don’t mind the higher price and want to use AI together with the flows. Plus, you get better analytics and marketing possibilities.
If you want a more affordable solution that still gives a lot for its price, go with Tidio.
