Why businesses choose Tidio over Intercom
Some businesses choose Tidio because it’s more affordable and easier to use.
One big reason is cost. Intercom charges $0.99 per AI resolution, which can add up quickly. Tidio is usually the cheaper option, so it makes more sense for small businesses that need to manage costs.
It’s also easier to set up. It feels more plug and play, which is a big advantage for teams that don’t want a long setup process. Businesses can get started faster and begin using live chat and automation without needing a lot of training.
Another reason is that Tidio works very well for eCommerce brands. It has strong Shopify integration. This makes it great for stores that want chatbot support tied to products and product details.
That can help customers get answers faster while also making the shopping experience smoother.
